I provide depth-oriented counseling that helps expose the underlying causes of anxiety, low self-esteem, overwhelming emotions, and relational stress. I believe that our early relationships and life experiences deeply influence the way we see ourselves in the world, and that by exploring those early experiences we can gain insight into who we are and make more grounded and self-affirming decisions. 

I specialize in working with those who struggle with the effects of abusive and neglectful relationships, attachment injuries, and perinatal trauma, as well as those who seek to understand themselves more fully.
